Reservations Policy
For cabins, houseboats, pontoons, fishing boats and camping:
Reservations may be made by phone. A DEPOSIT OF 1/2 THE RENTAL RATE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER YOU RESERVE. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Cancellation policy
For cabins, houseboats, pontoons, fishing boats and camping:
If you cancel 45 days or more before reserved date, we’ll refund your deposit (less 20% processing fee). If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reserved date, deposit is NONREFUNDABLE unless cabin or boat is re-rented. It re-rented, we’ll refund deposit (less 20% processing fee).
